• Your Role: Drive Innovation in Core Network Engineering

  As a key member of the Core Network Engineering Team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the technical backbone of global connectivity. Your mission includes:

  Network Design & Implementation

  • Architect and Adapt Telecom Networks: Shape interconnections to meet traffic demands and evolving customer needs.
  • Lead New Designs and Migrations: Implement next-gen components and migrate existing setups.
  • Integrate Telecom Interconnections: Manage Voice & SMS integrations in collaboration with suppliers.

  Technical Expertise & Innovation

  • Master STP Routing and Signaling: Design routing rules and serve as the focal point for signaling management (Voice, SMS, MMS).
  • Oversee Node Deployment and Evolution: Drive HSS, DRA, and IWF network node implementation.
  • Enhance Service Platforms: Ensure seamless operability for core services like Voice, SMS, and MMS.

  Strategic Collaboration & Support

  • Audit and Evaluate Providers: Optimize signaling architecture and assess new equipment/solutions.
  • Bridge Technical and Business Needs: Act as the go-to expert between product management and telecom teams.
  • Document Your Expertise: Contribute to technical documentation to future-proof processes and knowledge-sharing.

• Education
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

  Experience

  • Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in core network engineering.

  Technical Expertise

  • Core Network Design: Proven skills in UMTS Mobile Core Network components (HLR, MSC/VLR, SGSN, GGSN, SMSC).
  • Advanced Knowledge: Expertise with HSS, MME, DRA, IWF, SGW, PGW.
  • Signaling Flows & Routing: Deep understanding of signaling protocols (ISUP, MAP, CAP, SIGTRAN, DIAMETER).
  • Equipment Mastery: Experience with installation, integration, and testing of HLR and HSS equipment.

  Soft Skills

  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong ability to work with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strategic and detail-oriented approach to complex technical challenges.
  • Fluent English: Mandatory for effective communication in a global environment.
