Aizen Recruitment, international Headhunting, and Recruitment company, for one of its client IT solutions provider (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and Cloud Solutions mainly), is looking for a Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement – Solution Architect
Localisation: Malta, Valletta (the company handle work permit obtention)
Permanent and full-time contract (NO REMOTE - NO FREELANCE)
Fix salary according to skills and experience: €51,000 to €80,000

Details about Visa - Work Permit and Permanent Residency
1. The company will apply for a Single Permit – it combines a permit to reside and work
You will then apply for a Schengen work visa, also called a type D visa.
2. The visa is usually given for 3 months, by this time you would have applied for the residence permit, once you have the blue receipt and ID card, you wouldn’t need the visa anymore. You would still be able to roam freely in the Schengen.
3. Once you have been for 5 years, you may apply to become a permanent resident. This involves a lengthy application process incorporating paperwork as well as language and culture classes.
Reviewing and recommending technologies to improve delivery of Microsoft solutions
Building and maintaining repeatable infrastructure as code
Automation of deployments and workload configuration\management
Being a technological cloud advocate to a wider audience inside and outside of the business
Being part of internal innovation hubs and collaborate across the entire firm
Driving innovation by developing code base and automated deployments
Working on client projects and attend workshops as part of the SME team
Skills and Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of all modules of Dynamics 365 CE, including appropriate Architect level certifications. Relevant experience on various earlier versions of Dynamics CRM like, 2016, 2015, 2013, 2011, CRM 4.0 etc.
Strong implementation experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA etc.), including appropriate Architect level certification.
Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, Development management, Release management, Data migration, cut-over planning and Go-Live support
Exposure in Cloud Storage Services (Azure SQL, Blob storage etc.)
Experience with Azure Platform and Integration Services including LogicApps, Functions, Azure Service Bus etc.
Experience working with offshore development teams
Experience of Agile Methodology
Certification in TOGAF or Zachman Framework would be beneficial
Knowledge of other Marketing products are desirable – Click Dimension or Adobe Marketing Cloud, D365 for Marketing etc.
Graduate from a recognized University with majors in computational (Computer Science, Information Technology etc.) discipline
Experience and Background
Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in implementing End-To-End Large scale solutions involving Dynamics CE(CRM)
Should have architected, designed and implemented atleast 7-8 full scale industry solutions using Dynamics CE (CRM), Integrations, Power Platform; Strong understanding of industry domains like Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Telecom, Manufacturing etc.
Ability to architect solutions that involve multi-region implementations
Strong technical leadership for engagements and ability to present to the C-Suite stakeholders.
Ability to architect and design Digital Transformation programs involving multiple technologies
Strong pre-sales experience/expertise with thought leadership on Solution offerings
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, ability to influence and ease decision making for Senior Technical Executives of clients (CTO, Digital Transformation Officers etc.)
Ability to handle distributed large teams and deliver quality solutions
