Intellectual property rights
The general structure, as well as the software, texts, animated or still images, sounds, know-how, drawings, graphics, databases produced by Aizen Recruitment and any other element making up the Site are the exclusive property of Aizen Recruitment and are protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, in particular those relating to literary and artistic property, copyright and by the provisions of the law of 1 July 1998 relating to the protection of databases.
Under the terms of article L.122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, only copies or reproductions strictly reserved for the private use of the copier and not intended for collective use are authorised, as are analyses and short quotations for the purposes of example and illustration.
Similarly, article L.342-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code only authorises the extraction or re-use of a non-substantial part of the content of a database made available to the public by its owner. Consequently, any unauthorised representation or reproduction of all or part of the Site, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited under penalty of prosecution.
The offender is liable to civil and criminal penalties, and in particular to the penalties provided for in articles L.335-2 and L.343-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
