Strategies used by Aizen Recruitment to deliver the best recruitment experience

We use a variety of sophisticated channels to find the best talent.  We advertise our vacancies on online sites such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor, but we also use social media, professional networks, recommendations from our candidate pool and industry associations to widen our search as much as possible. 

Using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook enables us to promote job vacancies and make contact with potential candidates. 

We attend job fairs and other recruitment events to meet potential candidates in person. 

We also work in partnership with universities to recruit recent graduates or students for internships and attend relevant industry conferences and events to network and find potential candidates.

On occasion, we have organised talent competitions to identify and recruit the best talent.

We are also developing an internal talent pool, investing in the development of our candidate database, which significantly reduces the length of the recruitment process.

We undertake diversity and inclusion initiatives, developing targeted recruitment strategies to attract a diverse set of candidates and prioritise diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process to create more diverse and innovative talent.

We nurture our talent pipelines, developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, even when there are no vacancies.

We nurture our positive image as a recruiter to attract the best talent, presenting our corporate culture and vision through social media, the website and other platforms.

We convince our clients to offer competitive remuneration and benefits: Salary and benefits are key to attracting talented candidates. The remuneration package offered by our clients must be competitive and in line with industry standards.

We optimise the application process: the aim is to leverage technology to streamline recruitment processes, ensuring that the application process is user-friendly and easy. The process should be transparent and clearly communicate the job requirements and the stages of the application. We provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to on-boarding, to attract and retain the best talent.

We advise our candidates on their career development, focusing in particular on changing needs in terms of skills and professions.

Finally, we use technology to our advantage: using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), video interviews and online assessments to streamline the recruitment process.
