Aizen Recruitment, international staffing and head hunting company, for one its client a IT & Communication services provider, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist

• Location: Germany, Frankfurt am Main

• Contract: permanent, 1 or 2 days a week remote work possible

• Benefits: 35k€ - 40k€ gross annual salary fix package

Job description

• Assisting the country manager in the development of the business by generating opportunities for the sales team

• Participating to the implementation of the global marketing and communication strategy at a local level, in relation with the various expertises of the headquarters.

• Creating and optimising advertising campaigns (Social Ads, Search Ads...)

• Creating an inbounding marketing strategy

• Increasing website’s traffic via SEO and being a referent for the website content

• Managing and animating the local social media accounts

• Promoting and organising on/offline marketing actions: webinars, seminars, trade shows, events, mailing campaigns, etc.

• Analysing the performance indicators and implementing corrective actions

• Reporting the specificities of the market to the head office (expectations product features, personas...)

Profile

• Expertise in marketing, especially in online marketing on B2B market

• Good listener and analytic skills

• Mother tongue Italian and fluent in a second language French and/ or English

• Able to take initiatives
