Job description
Implementation and evolution of HSS, DRA, IWF network nodes
HSS referent in the technical environment and signaling routing aspects
Expert role with support teams
Participation in the architecture and engineering of the implementation of STP routing rules
Management of the implementation of telecom interconnections (Voice and SMS) in relation with suppliers
Operability of components developed internally for the service platform (Voice, SMS, MMS, etc.)
Interface between product management and the telecom team
Participation in the writing of technical documentation

Master/ Engineer
Fluency in English is a MUST
Significant equivalent experience
Design of core network architecture and evaluation of UMTS Mobile Core Network products (HLR, MSC/VLR, SGSN, GGSN, SMSC…)
Technical expertise on network nodes (HSS, MME, DRA, IWF, SGW, PGW) – Expertise on the different signaling flows of mobile services provided in the CS / PS UMTS domains (ISUP, MAP, CAP), in routing of signaling (SIGTRAN, DIAMETER), installation, integration, testing and acceptance of HLR/HSS, E2E technical implementation and monitoring of standard GSMA roaming agreements (IREG / TADIG)
