Job description
As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for reaching out B2B customers within your given territory to offer our client’s products and services, handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer queries or complaints, and providing sales support and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Approach customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Meet performance sales targets
Profile
- College graduate of any course.
- Minimum 4 years of experience within the IT industry in sales is required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- bilingual in Norwegian
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Fix weekend OFF
- You must have your own vehicle, a good working laptop and Mobile phone
