Job Description

  • Readying customer sites and installation of products & systems together with rest of our customer.
  • Commissioning of various customer products & services which would require close contact with customers.
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, other events and create service news to share through mailing and/or on social media.
  • Providing technical assistance and product training (both pre- and post-sales).
  • Generating weekly and monthly time schedules of all service applications for swift actions with correct prioritisation.
  • Conducting customer visits regularly & interpreting customer needs and requirements into products and services.
  • Giving remote support to the customers.
  • Handling emergency service requirements fast, even in non-working hours, while maintaining balance between customer care.
  • Supporting maintenance & calibration activity for products on customer site.
  • Preparing maintenance contracts, selling and performing on site.
  • Generating application stories of important and major service applications.
  • Generating weekly and monthly report for service sales forecast and report to management.
  • Following up calibration and repair process at global centers from export up to delivery.
  • Maintaining timely information flow between customer and global centers.
  • Take responsibility of whole service activity and follow service requirements ontime.
  • Attending to all product and systems related trainings and meetings

Successful Applicant

  • University degree preferably in Electric Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 3 -5 years of experience in PLC programming and electromechanical systems
  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience in industrial automation products
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Plastic injection knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge in sensor and measuring technology is a plus
  • Hands on experience at electrical circuits
  • Availability to travel around at customers site frequently
  • Have a B class driving licence with a clean record
  • Ability to manage customers at site in order to solve problems and extend good relationship with existing customers
