Main tasks
* Drive CRM roadmap and enhancements to ensure they meet the strategic goals of the business.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and business stakeholders for continuous
improvement of CRM functions
* Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes and continually seek ways to further
enhance added value to business growth
* Perform analysis, modeling, and other quantitative techniques in order to assess business issues
and/or recommend courses of action to meet business objectives
* Ensure accurate and on time delivery of various deliverables, maintaining KPIs, power point
decks, data mining, secondary research, and be an analytical backstop for the stakeholders.
* Support, collaborate and gain deep understand of all commercial work streams such as
budgeting, pricing, performance management and deal support Purpose of the role
The Senior Business Analyst will be part of the Commercial Excellence team. The role will directly
contribute to growing the business by Customer Relationship Management System coordination,
enabling sales funnel optimization, Global Key Account management, sales force effectiveness and

Experience 3+ years' experience in business analytics
Preferred: In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce.com
including hands-on Salesforce.com (SFDC) administrative, configuration
experience with external systems ideally, understand the
general concepts of CRM.
Education Bachelor's degree (preferred on the fields of Economics/ Information
Technologies)
Languages Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
Computer skills Proficient level of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, CRM systems
Time requirement Full time
