Job Description

  • Covering business development, search execution, knowledge management and candidate analysis. Researchers accompany a project from beginning to end, working very closely with Consultants and Executive Assistants. Researchers contribute to discussions on search strategy and the suitability of candidates.
  • Building specializations in various sectors and functions, researchers can leverage their industry/domain expertise and grow as knowledge managers. Engagement in our global practice groups is encouraged in order for each researcher to contribute and benefit from our global knowledge.
  • We offer international training programmes and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, globally.
  • Researchers are active thought-partners to consultants, participating in candidate and client meetings where they are expected to bring knowledge and insights to the table within their domain of expertise.

Successful Applicant

  • Curiosity about technology, familiarity with the technology terminology, willingness to learn more on technology evolution
  • Demonstrated experience in a role of a similar nature (qualitative research,
    project management etc.)
  • Previous project management experience or experience working on
  • simultaneous projects in different teams
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analysis skills, detail orientation
  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • General interest and affinity for executive search considered a plus
  • Prior experience working within a professional services environment preferred
  • Superior project management abilities and initiative to lead assignments with minimal guidance or supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to push back constructively and offer solutions
  • Forward-thinking, structured, process-oriented thinker
  • Self-starter mentality; good business judgement
