Job Description

  • Manage corporate network and hosted data center in accordance with the global standards
  • Monitor network/connectivity and perform relevant activities along with global teams to provide desired level of availability and efficiency
  • Perform maintenance, patches, upgrades on servers, databases and other equipment in accordance with the global standards
  • Manage/solve customer support requests through incident tickets, phone calls, and email
  • Create the network diagrams of the building(s) and maintain them
  • Work to solve problems through collaboration wit global team members
  • Manage IT assets and keep them complaint according to global corporate standarts (network/end-user, end-point devices)
  • Document resolutions and keep CR s, Incident, Request records updated

Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience administering/supporting networking technologies
  • Experienced in MS, Linux and SQL server installation, monitoring and management
  • Experienced in IT asset deployment and end-user support
  • Knowledge of Firewalls, Accelerators, Load Balancers, Routing and Switching at an advanced level
  • Experienced with data and voice technologies/protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, DSL, VPN, Ethernet, T1, T3, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, Fiber/Copper Cabling
  • Experience with EIGRP/OSPF/BGP, MPLS/VPLS, SD-WAN, QoS and Traffic Shaping is a plus
