Job Description

The Digital Services Product Manager has duties across 3 key areas:Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead stakeholder engagement with the key functional leaders within the Operating Unit and network
  • Co-create, with the heads of Marketing and Offline to Online the annual digital services plan for their teams, aligning to joint OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)

Product Leadership

  • Lead product ownership of consumer facing experiences such as loyalty and promotional products as well as internal facing Marketing technologies for the Operating Unit
  • Adapt enterprise Marketing Technologies and Consumer products and services for use in the operating unit

People Leadership

  • Lead, develop and retain a diverse team of Marketing Technologies professionals, providing opportunities for ongoing development of technical skills and business knowledge, and career growth

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent required
  • 8-10+ years of Marketing Technologies and Consumer products, solutions; technology; leadership and management experience
  • Product Management and Agile/ DevOps
  • Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps) and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred
