IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Description

Leads IT infrastructure and end-user support team
Manages and establishes priorities for maintenance, design, development and analysis of entire infrastructure systems.
Determines and monitors service levels (SLA) for technological infrastructure services and works to improve them on a continuous basis
Design, implement and support all infrastructure including data center and cloud systems to provide cost-effective and secure IT services
Define and manage IT infrastructure budget aligned with IT and Business strategies and needs
Define software and hardware standards
Define and manage capacity planning and monitoring to maintain server, database, storage and backup infrastructure.
Define and manage IT Network and Security services
Define and manage IT Disaster Recovery Strategy

BS or MS degree in Computer, Electronics, Communication or related engineering disciplines
+10 years of experience in IT roles including min. 3 years of Manager roles.
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Hands on experience in designing, configuring and managing IT Backoffice, Network, Security systems and applications
Experience in Client Services Management
Experience in vendor management, defining and controlling SLAs and KPIs
Experience and deep knowledge about Microsoft Technologies including Windows servers, platforms, and cloud computing services
Experience in management of Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO etc), Microsoft Exchange Server and O365/Hybrid environments,
Experience in managing Server, Storage, Backup and Recovery operations including virtualization platforms. hardware and appropriate software solutions
Experience in network and security services including Lan/WAN technologies, Firewall, DLP, Log Management. Etc
Strong knowledge of Service Management and related frameworks ITIL, COBIT etc

Good communication and negotiation skills
Military service completed for male candidates
