* Understand business needs and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better solutions that will meet the expectations
* Be main responsible for Logistics modules, MM, SD & PP following the support demand and change management processes,
* First Level of Support activities to business partners over ITSM tools, keeping agreed IT Service Levels
* Ensure entegration between newly installed applications and existing applications
* Perform or outsource consultancy, support, problem solving, and training activities related to IT solutions developed for business units
* Manage relations with suppliers and solution providers
* Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with legal requirements, regulations for the pharmaceutical industry, internal quality, compliance and information security procedures.
* Creation of test scenarios for acceptance tests of applications to be developed/ provided
