Job Description
* Selection of supplier and all kind of fabric qualities.
* Price negotiation, target price, and quantity.
* Make sure the fabric selection will be up to brand standard.
* Taking care of all the production issues/discussing with the manager and designer.
* Taking care of whole collection after designer finished her part.
* Coordinate with logistics for transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
* Follow timeline from Kuwait headquarters to achieve delivery of collection.
Successful Applicant
* Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
* Develop an efficient and accurate system for monitoring all open purchase orders.
* Make sure to understand testing the product laboratory and reading the report and giving approval as per company standards.
* Able to read technical packs and review with design dept before delivering to suppliers.
* Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones.
* Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
* Check all sizes measurement, color approval, and quality approval
* Have good background experience in home textile for the last 5 years in the same sector
