Financial Controller

Job Description

Capex monitoring, controlling and reporting;
Investment case review and analysis (including return calculations);
Preparing monthly reporting packs presented to top management including KPI reporting & analysis of "Actual vs. Budget" performance;
Profitability and cost analysis, inventory controlling;
Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes;
Coordinating and preparing TURKSTAT surveys;
Following up the Group updates on accounting policies and assessing the effects on our financials, communicating with related parties for those effects;
Working in close relationship with External Auditors and the reporting team of Group Companies;
Having a strong role in digitalization projects such as BPC-BW and other development studies.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or closely related fields;
Minimum 2-3 years of experience at an independent audit firm;
Controller experience at a manufacturing company is a plus;
Written and oral fluency in English is a MUST(direct communication with Group Controller Team is required);
Strong knowledge of accounting in accordance with IAS/TMS and good understanding of IFRS/TFRS reporting;
Good knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point);
Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills;
Self-directed, self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment;
Ability to work with strict deadlines.
