- Assisting the General Manager in the daily operations.
- Calendar management, travels organizations , conducting follow-ups on necessary issues and items, and/or performing other related activities,
- Compiles, composes, and edits detailed memos, e-mails, correspondence, reports.
- Ensuring communication and coordination between the General Management and the departments.
- Responsible for communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date,
- Minimum 1 years of experience,
- Excellent coordination and communication skills,
- Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing tasks,
- Good level in MS Office programs
- Good level in English
