Job Description

  • Assisting the General Manager in the daily operations.
  • Calendar management, travels organizations , conducting follow-ups on necessary issues and items, and/or performing other related activities,
  • Compiles, composes, and edits detailed memos, e-mails, correspondence, reports.
  • Ensuring communication and coordination between the General Management and the departments.
  • Responsible for communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date,

Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 1 years of experience,
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills,
  • Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing tasks,
  • Good level in MS Office programs
  • Good level in English
