Job Description

  • Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns;
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs);
  • Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights;
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies;
  • Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests;
  • Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points in relation to their projects and tasks;
  • Instrument conversion points and optimizing user funnels;
  • Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners;
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Successful Applicant

Having a BS/MS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related departments; 5+ years proven working experience in digital marketing; Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns; Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels; Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments; Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends); Working knowledge of ad serving tools; Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns; Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online B2B marketing and measurement; Proficiency in English, a second language is a plus.
