Job Description

  • Work with brand team, e-commerce team and media agency team to plan & execute performance marketing & branding digital campaigns;
  • Technical setup and management experience of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook events and similar tools;
  • Optimise Ads campaign, measure and their performances;
  • Managing and maintaining marketing data environments;
  • Ensure the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting phases of branding & e-commerce advertising processes for the brand / new launched products and to take necessary actions according to defined KPIs;
  • Manage the determined digital marketing & e-commerce media budgets and make sure the effectiveness & efficiencies of the projects;
  • Follow up digital marketing trends, regular meetings with key media to improve business partnership & project performances and search new opportunities.

Successful Applicant

  • Graduated from Bachelor's degree of universities and MBA is a plus;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the fields of E-commerce and Digital Marketing;
  • Proficiency of installing, analysing and managing performance marketing tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Events etc;
  • Hand-on experience in SEM, Social Media and Programmatic Ads campaigns;
  • Branding & full funnel campaign management experience is an advantage;
  • Time and project management skills and data-driven thinking;
  • Self-motivated, worked under pressure and ambiguity, and able to thrive in a results-driven environment;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English.
