Job Description

  • Carry out the monthly and yearly cut
  • Initiate and carry out general ledger bookings
  • Carry out bank & credit card reconciliation
  • Carry out accounts payable
  • Carry out gift card analysis and reconciliation
  • Carry out stock bookings and intercompany transactions
  • Carry out routines for fixed asset bookings and depreciation calculations
  • Report to Accounting manager when necessary
  • Work accordance VAT & Corporate Tax& Withholding Tax rule
  • Carry out BalanceReconciliation
  • Cash management


  • Develop yourself in accordance with staff evaluation done by accounting manager
  • Train colleagues when needed
  • Participate in mandatorytraining
  • Maintain contact with other accounting departments and functions within H&M
  • Be proffessional at all times
  • Maintain a good atmoshere in the team

Successful Applicant

  • Having a bachelor degree in Business Administration/Economics and at least 2 years experience
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Strong computer skills: good knowledge of all Microsoft Office Package is a must
  • Be professional and detailed oriented with a strong analytical skill
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively and independently
  • Knowledge of E-Invoice, E-archive, E-ledger
