Job Description
7+ years of experience in the shoe industry
Experienced in designing high heels, sandals, flats and sneakers for W o m e n
(sneakers for both m e n and w o m e n) on a high quality level
Know how in ladies bags will be considered a plus
Well connected to l o c a l and/or foreig n material and accessory suppliers
Market knowledge of the MENA region, Turkey and US is a plus
Intensive cooperation with factory managers in means of product accessment (own in house factory plus outsourced production)
Successful Applicant
Graduation with fashion degree from a reputable university or academy
Strong technical understanding and/ or know how (shoe master or engineer degree is considered a plus)
Absolutely quality m i n d e d
Highly innovative with well developed commercial thinking skills
Fluent in English (both written and spoken fluency is a must)
Team player
Strong in R&D
Ability to travel l o c a lly and abroad (fairs, suppliers)
